NSU Pre-State Meet - Varsity Only

Schedule:
9:30am - Varsity Girls (Upto 10 runners per team)
10:15am- Varsity Boys (Up to 10 runners per team)
11:00am - JV Girls (unlimited entries, must field a varsity team)
11:30am - JV Boys (unlimited entries, must field a varsity team)
12:00pm - Open Race (only for Non-LHSAA athletes)
High School Course:
The course will be the same three mile course run at the LHSAA High School Meet. The course is all grass until the last 300m which finishes on the track. The first two miles contain no hills with one short hill at about 2.5 miles into the race.
Spectator Entry:
Spectators should enter through the soccer complex main gate. Admission is $5
Check in:
Check in is from 8:30-9:15pm for all Varsity and JV athletes in the purple building inside the track complex
Open Race will have check-in from 10:00am-10:45am in the purple building inside the track complex
Awards:
T-shirts will be given to the top 10 individuals in each Varsity Race.
T-Shirts will be given to each finisher from the winning team in each Varsity Race (10).
