- Our First Official Practice is Monday, August 12th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. On August 14th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Highland Road. we will hold a time trial.
- Time Trial – (NEW POLICY) All returning athletes in grades 6-12 must be able to run their race distance under a certain time to make the team. Boys in Grades 9-12: 3-Miles under 24:00; Girls in Grades 9-12: 3-miles under 27:00; Boys in Grades 6-8: 2-Miles under 19:00; Girls in Grades 6-8: 2 miles under 20:00.
